I read these notes myself. You will usually hear back within a couple of days. If you are writing about a specific piece, the message button on its eBay listing is faster — I see those first.
A note is enough

The shop ships from the United States. There is no showroom address to visit, and no phone queue.
Please name the piece if you have one in mind. A clasp photo, a chain length, or “is the dolphin’s hang tag still on?” are all useful questions.

Questions that come up often
How do I buy a piece?
When a piece has a listing, use Buy on eBay. That opens the listing in a new tab, and you check out there. A piece with no listing is not for sale. This site does not take card numbers and does not have a cart.
Can you combine shipping?
Sometimes, when the pieces are in the shop at the same time and the listings allow it. eBay has its own rules for combined postage, so message me on the listings before you pay and I will tell you what I can do. I would rather adjust an invoice than have you guess.
Can I request extra photos?
Yes. Ask through the listing, or use the note above and name the piece. I am glad to photograph a clasp, a mark, a chip, or the back of a cameo. If you need a measurement I did not list, ask for that too.
How are estate finds graded?
With the same words as the jewelry: Mint, Excellent, Very good, Good. For a Beanie Baby I also say whether the hang tag and the tush tag are present, and I do not invent a rarity story. For a doll I say what is porcelain, what is cloth, and whether I found a maker’s mark. Age is stated only when I have a reason.
